To preserve the calm atmosphere of La Perla Beach House and ensure a seamless experience for all guests, the following rules apply throughout your stay.

Atmosphere & Quiet Living

La Perla is designed as a peaceful retreat.
Parties, events, or loud gatherings are not permitted.
Quiet hours are strictly observed from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Music & Noise

Music is permitted during the day at a reasonable level.
After 8:00 PM, all music and noise must be kept to a minimum.

Guest Access

The property is strictly reserved for registered guests only.
Outside visitors are not permitted at any time.

Smoking & Vaping

Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property.

Pets

Pets are not permitted on the property.
Service animals are accommodated in accordance with applicable regulations.

Towels

Towels provided are intended for indoor use and the pool only.
They must not be taken to the beach.

Pool & Ocean Care

To help maintain water quality, guests are encouraged to shower before entering the pool, especially after applying sunscreen, oils, or similar products.
Avoid entering the pool immediately after applying these products.

Pool & Beach Safety

Use of the pool, beach, and all facilities is at your own risk.
Children must be supervised at all times.

Water & Electricity

Water and electricity are valuable resources in this region.
Please turn off lights, fans, and air conditioning when not in use, and avoid unnecessary water waste.

Care of the Property

Guests are expected to treat the property, furnishings, and equipment with care and respect.
Any damage, breakage, or loss must be reported immediately.

Responsibility & Liability

Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
Repair, replacement, or additional cleaning costs may be charged if necessary.

Check-out

Check-out time must be respected as scheduled.
Unauthorized late departures may result in additional charges.

Enforcement

Failure to respect these rules may result in:

• Immediate intervention
• Additional charges if applicable
• Termination of the stay without refund
• Formal report through the booking platform
